title insurance, termite bond and inspection, home inspection, homeowner's
insurance, loan payoff(s), loan package and loan approval, survey, earnest
money and any other questions relating to sales contract and what to expect
between contract and closing.
Discussion of who is responsible for ordering which item and
when and assistance with ordering items, as needed.
Opportunity for both buyer and seller to come into the attorney's office
to complete the sales contract.
Holding
the earnest money in trust in case of breach or non-fulfillment
of terms. Explaining process on how to have earnest money released in case of
breach or non-fulfillment.
Taking phone calls and answering questions between
contract and closing.
No charges will apply for the services listed above. Customary closing fees and title insurance charges will be paid at closing by the parties pursuant to their contract.
