Probably less than you think. We currently have several package options to
meet your budget needs. Your home
will stay on our WEB site until you sell it (up to 12 months).

long does it take to sell a home on your site?
Average selling time is 4-5 months. We do a very effective job of
getting your home wide exposure through a Visual Home
Tour on the Internet. Your home location, appearance and price
are key factors in determining how long it
will take to sell.
How do I go about pricing my home?
It is very important to price your home correctly when first putting
it on the market. We believe that the best way to do this is
through a professional appraisal. Another benefit of an appraisal
is that it gives your buyer the assurance that your home is priced correctly.

We also recommend that our clients modify their answering machine
greeting to point their prospects to their Internet Visual Tour. |

you get much traffic to your WEB site?
Yes.
Hundreds of people visit our WEB site each day. Most
of our clients get hundreds of visits to their WEB page
during their first week on our site. That's like having each one of them
taking an open house tour of your home (without you having to clean
up each time)!
What
other benefits are there to listing our home on your site?
You schedule
appointments with only serious prospects. If potential buyers
has taken a Visual Tour before you schedule an appointment with them you
will be more assured of working with a serious buyer.

We provide one yard sign and one directional sign. Our
professionally designed signs are two-sided and mounted on wooden stakes. The yard sign
includes your web site listing number and your

To

traffic we
provide a home Fact Sheet with a color front photo and a
high-quality "Take-One" box
mounted on a
separate wooden stake. (The Fact Sheet is e-mailed to you for printing on
your PC at your convenience.)

Home Warranty

We offer a
Home Warranty thru American Home Shield. This warranty covers most home
systems and appliances. The cost is $545 (payable at closing) and
provides 12 months coverage for your buyer. You are also covered under
the plan while you are selling your home. We provide a no-charge "Home
Warranty Included" rider for your yard sign as well as promote it on
your web page.

Do you offer
an MLS option?
Yes,
our MLS listing costs $299. Click

You can add your flat-fee MLS listing anytime ... when you initially sign
up for our service or at a later date.
How do we pay for your service?
Payment for our service is due when we come to your home for the photo
shoot.
We prefer personal checks. We can take credit card payment with a
$15 processing fee.

We schedule our photo shoots Monday thru Friday. The photo shoot takes
between 1-2 hours. We can normally schedule your photo
shoot within a few days of your phone call/e-mail. We will have your webpage ready for your review within 2-3
working days of your photo shoot.
We will also need to know the phone number to put
on your yard sign and your street
address.
