The web site was all I used.. no ad in the paper, no open house, no fliers. It was so easy, especially being able to show your house on your own, instead of having strangers in when you're not home.

Realtors called to try to get the listing, said it would sell quicker. The average time on market with a realtor is 85 days, much longer than it took for the home to sell with your web site.

I used Mr. Holliman for the closing and it went smoothly - Tracy in his office was very helpful

Our home went on line around 11:00 AM on May 4. We had an offer on May 5. We countered and had a firm contract on May 6. We closed on May 20. We have had at least two inquiries a day since the home was listed and the response has been very positive. The photos were great and the web site is very user friendly. There was no real estate agent involved, although we did have several to inquire about the home. I believe we could have sold the home 5 times. I would highly recommend your service to anyone.

Within calling to register my house with ForSale-ByOwner.com I had someone out taking pictures within 4 days. The site was up and running within 2 days and started seeing hits on the web site immediately. The staff was great in working with me to re-word my listing as I wanted to see. The house Grandmother bought was also off of your website and we used that man's attorney in this sale also. He was great, if you need another one, Clayton Sweeney was his name. The people looked at the home on Sunday and we were ready to close on Friday.

Also, the pictures [Pat] takes are GREAT!

I think the WEB was very helpful in selling my house. I put it up for sale on Thursday. My first, and only open house was the next Sunday. The buyer came that day. The next week, I had a contract and sold the house. We closed within a month.
